Shipping Charges

Tracking Information

Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the courier system.

Multiple Packages

For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, reshipping charges may apply.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
